Situated on the historic Stephen Avenue in the heart of downtown Calgary, Blink Restaurant & Bar has been met with much early praise. In November of 2007 Blink was listed as the 'ninth best new restaurant in Canada' by enRoute magazine, as well as capturing five reader's choice awards, including 'best new restaurant', and 'most innovative food', in Calgary's Avenue magazine.

Executive Chef Andrew Richardson fully supports the local Albertan economy and local markets through his seasonal selection of fresh ingredients. The result is a well-balanced and mature menu, offering Andrew's contemporary vision of classics. The kitchen is partly exposed to the dining room for viewing, and provides a private 'chef's table' which presents daily tasting menus accompanied with exceptional wine pairings.

Blink's dining room, a very warm and soothing space walled by a montage of the building's original brickwork, is cheerfully hosted nightly by Restaurant Director Leslie Echino. The wine list supplies a diverse range of grape varietals, sourced from family run wineries and very limited and distinctive productions, offering the guest a unique array of vintages to gratify their palates.
